Chris RutterSolutions ArchitectChris is a principal and director of New Zealand Asset Administration Ltd (NZAA). Chris has over 25 years experience in providing software solutions to the investment industry, both in New Zealand and Europe. He is the chief designer & architect of NZAA's portfolio management, asset custody, administration, registry and CRM platform which provides the end-to-end management, trading, reconciliation, compliance and reporting system for NZAM. Chris has been working with NZAM since 1991 and his primary focus is to ensure the NZAA platform continues to outperform NZAM client, operational, compliance & custodial expectation.

Brad MartinOperations ManagerBrad is a Director of New Zealand Asset Administration Ltd. He joined NZAM in October 2005. Prior to this Brad was Custodial Administration Manager at Tower Portfolio Administration Services for 6 years, where he was responsible for managing the custodial services provided to NZAM and other clients. |

Michelle DicksonResearch AnalystMichelle rejoined NZAM in March 2010 after returning from six years overseas, having previously worked for NZAM from 2001 to 2004. She spent the majority of her time overseas working in London for BNP Paribas and Russell Investments as a Performance Analyst. Michelle graduated from University of Auckland with a BA/BCom majoring in Statistics and Finance in 2000. She has a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) from the CFA Institute and has passed the Level 2 exam in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme. |

Meglena DanevaReconciliations & Compliance ManagerMeglena joined NZAM in March 2006, and her role is to ensure that all statutory and internal compliance requirements are met on an accurate and timely basis. Meglena is also responsible for daily banking and asset reconciliations and reports to the Compliance Committee on a monthly basis. She has 9 years banking experience, after graduating in 2000 with a Master of Economics (Finance) from Bourgas Free University, Bulgaria. |

Thu NguyenFunds AdministratorThu joined NZAM in November 2008. Prior to this, Thu was a Credit & Reporting Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet and later an Executive Analyst in Business Banking, at the BNZ.

Christine HarlandFunds AdministratorChristine joined NZAM in January 2006 and has over 15 years experience in the banking industry. Christine is responsible for buying and selling funds & currency on behalf of clients, monitoring portfolio exposure & making payments for clients. She also performs a number of back up roles within the team including the bank reconciliation.

James CaugheyFunds AdministratorJames joined NZAM in May 2008 as a graduate, having completed a BA(Hons)/BCom from the University of Auckland. James performs a number of roles within the team, including the buying & selling of securities on behalf of clients, client reporting & maintenance, transaction processing, and pricing.

Nancy FraserSoftware Support ManagerNancy joined NZAM in February 2008. Prior to this Nancy had worked for over 15 years in the IT industry, mainly in financial, insurance and the telecommunication sectors. Nancy also worked on the investment management platform from 1992 to 1995. Nancy is responsible for the day-to-day application, user and data support of NZAM’s system.

Erik EngströmSpecialist DeveloperErik joined NZAM in October 2009 having worked for a number of investment software providers, mainly in the UK & Sweden. Erik has an M.Sc (majoring in computer science and statistics) and an in-depth knowledge of the investment market particularly around derivative and OTC instruments and performance attribution. In addition to providing support to the day-to-day application, Erik is also responsible for NZAM’s web portals.

Stephanie AbbottOffice ManagerStephanie joined NZAM in June 2007 as our Office Manager. Prior to this role she has worked in administration and marketing roles in the finance and telecommunications arena. She is responsible for supporting the Directors and all aspects of running the NZAM office.

Glynne BlumgartClient Reviews AdministratorGlynne joined NZAM in October 2004. Prior to this Glynne had gained a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Cape Town and performed various executive secretarial roles in South Africa and Israel. Glynne's role is to ensure client portfolio reviews and reports are carried out on a timely basis. She actively manages all aspects of this process from scheduling appointments to overseeing the production of completed client performance reporting.
